Vesuvio 100% Italian Wheat from Eataly: a truly unique pasta shape, created to enhance all the seasonings and give an explosion of flavour!

This special shape was created to pay homage to a symbol of the Campania region and is made from a simple mixture of durum wheat semolina of Italian origin and water. The bronze drawing and the slow drying at low temperature also allow us to obtain a superior quality product, with excellent resistance to cooking and marked porosity to retain the seasoning.

Try them with tomato, mushrooms and bacon for a classic boscaiola sauce or with escarole and anchovies to stay in the Campania region.
