Lamb Racks from LaFrieda are from Suffolk of England breed and comes from the Marvin Dane Farm in Albion, Michigan. The Suffolk breed has the perfect lamb rack; equally meaty and tender. The lambs are free to graze and are fed a balanced diet consisting primarily of hay, oats, and grass.
