Italian Bakers Red Medium Rectangular Baker

The Italian Bakers Red Medium Rectangular Baker is a part of Vietri’s new line of bakeware: the Italian Bakers. With a scalloped edge and a bright red hue, this rectangular baker is made with natural earthenware clay that is indigenous to Italy.
Use this bakeware for anything from lasagne to chocolate cakes! The baker is dishwasher safe – we recommend using a non-citrus, non-abrasive detergent on the air dry cycle – microwave safe, and oven safe up to 400°F. We recommend allowing items to cool before taking them out of the microwave and oven or using an oven mitt. This item is freezer safe, but please allow it to return to room temperature before putting it into the oven.
