Coratina Extra Virgin Olive Oil in Tin

The Essenza Coratina in vintage tin from Muraglia is made exclusively with Coratina olives grown in Puglia. The aroma is intensely fruity with notes of fennel, artichoke, pepper, and hay. The color appears intense green with golden shades. On the palate, it is full of vegetable tones, powerful, rich, and chiseled from then perfectly fused phenol in the structure, with a good flavor balance. It closes in a deliciously spicy way with long persistence of vegetable tones.
It is perfect with bread, grilled meats, grilled vegetables, salads, and soups.
