Acacia honey produced in May and sourced from Acacia flowers in the area around Trento and Treviso, is a delicate and much sought-after light straw-yellow colored honey. When pure, it is almost crystalline, with delicate flavors of sugared almond and vanilla.
Acacia honey is perfect for sweetening coffee and beverages. It can also substitute sugar in the preparation of cakes, desserts, and fruit salads.
