Villa Magra: harmonic, rich in herbaceous notes, artichokes and a balanced spicy-bitter ending.Olivastra Seggianese is a light fruit monovarietal oil made from the ancient Olivastra Seggianese olive trees, unique to the Amiata Mountain region of southern Tuscany.Le Trebbiane is a blend of 40% Frantoio, 10% Moraiolo, 40%Leccino, and 10% Olivastra cultivars, giving it a broad flavor, rich in grassy scents, with hints of artichoke and tomato, without being too peppery. The olives are hand-picked from the east-facing olive grove of the same name.Villa Magra is the name of the flagship oil produced by Frantoio Franci, as the first oil that the family produced bore this name. A name derived from the centuries’ old olive grove devastated by the 1985 winter freeze. Replanted in 1987, it lies on the north/north-eastern slopes of Montenero d’Orcia. The villa magra has vegetal notes of thistle and lettuce and aromatic notes of mint, rosemary, and pepper.
