Four Gold Medals ‘Quarto Centenario’ Balsamic Vinegar IGP

The Four Gold Medals Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP was created in celebration of the Quarto Centenario or fourth century that the Giusti family has been producing Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. Made of just cooked grape must and wine vinegar and aged in antique wooden casks, this long-aged aceto balsamico has a deeply aromatic flavor and is notable for its sweetness, dense consistency, and notes of ripe fruit, tobacco, roasted coffee and hints of wood. Only a limited quantity is available each year.
It is perfect with perfect when drizzled on risotto, raw fish, or aged cheeses like Parmigiano Reggiano DOP.
