San Marzano Tomato from Afeltra is cultivated in Campania in the provinces of Naples and Salerno, and is a Slow Food Presidium product that is DOP certified. These tomatoes comes a 4 canned pack. Thin-skinned, delicate and with few seeds, it is the ideal tomato for making sauces and preserves, and is the tomato of choice for authentic Neapolitan pizza makers. Afeltra is a stone’s throw from where the San Marzano seeds are sown and grown, and each tomato is peeled at peak ripeness.
