‘Saba’ Grape Must Vinegar 8.5 oz

Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is traditionally made with two components: slowly cooked must from select local grapes, and aged wine vinegar. The ‘Saba’ Grape Must Vinegar is vinegar made with only the must, known as ‘Saba’ left to cook in the open air for multiple hours. The resulting product is a sweet and dense vinegar, perfect to match formaggi or to integrate into cakes and gelato.
It is great with aged cheeses, gelato, and other desserts.
