The
‘Capriccio’ Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP from Dodi is produced in the region of Emilia Romagna. This Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP is obtained by aging a mixture of cooked grapes must and wine vinegar for more than three years in large wooden barrels.
It is excellent on steak, salads, tomatoes and fish.
