Il Classico Terre di Bari Bitonto DOP from De Carlo is a historic and award-winning oil. It is made with 70% Ogliarola Barese olives and 30% Coratina olives. The olives are handpicked and crushed through a continuous cycle mill and filtered through cotton.
This outstanding extra virgin olive oil is soft and balanced, characterized by hints of fresh grass, artichokes, and an aftertaste of sweet almonds and spicy pepper in the finish.
